New Art Gallery

Eliot is becoming more of a cultural destination every day.  On October 2nd, Eliot’s newest art gallery opened its doors in the building that houses Bridges Café. Lloydean Presents art gallery, is owned and operated by Jullie Lloydean.  Former office manager turned gallery owner, Lloydean is excited to start her next epic journey with a creative space that hopefully will be officially included in First Friday Eastside Artwalk. Lloydean is trying to get First Friday to expand their boundaries to include her gallery.  The gallery will be open  Tuesday through Friday noon to 6:00pm and Saturday and Sunday noon to 5:00pm.

As her website states, “My vision is to present meaningful cultural experiences with current and community driven Art by creating an innovative, open, and evolving Arts gallery.”

Lloydean says, “I have long term goals and a stream of ideas that revolve around building relationships, telling a story, and creating a successful business that will benefit many.  I will be presenting Art works from visionary and revolutionary artists, as well as from artists of multiple cultures as a way of invoking passion and telling a greater story. A story within a story within a story within a story.  My Hope is to further break down the barriers that separate our individual communities as to better understand, empathize, and work with each other. I look forward to building lasting relationships with collectors, clients, the Arts community and the artists.”
