Randall Children’s Hospital at Legacy Emanuel is excited to host a free and family friendly summer street fair right outside of their new home. The community can participate in fun interactive activities designed to help children get active, eat healthy and stay safe.
Families may purchase bike helmets for $5 and snowboard helmets for $20. Toddler to adult sizes will be available; cash only.
Car seats play a vital role in keeping your child safe. Please visit the Car Safety Seat Check-Up, located in parking structure 4 on N. Gantenbein Avenue. Assistants will make sure that you are using your car safety seat properly. Please bring your used and damaged car safety seats and bike helmets and we will recycle them for FREE.
Children will learn about healthy eating, tour the KIDS Team ambulance and see a fire truck up close. Kids will also get the opportunity to participate in hula hooping, gardening activities, thumb casting and many more activities hosted by Randall Children’s Hospital and community organizations.
The event is on Saturday, July 21 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at 2801 N. Gantenbein Avenue on the Legacy Emanuel Medical Center campus.
