Pair and Share Question: How should Eliot recruit Board or other types of Volunteers? Share ideas to be discussed at Board retreat.

3. Crime Report and Crime Abatement Committee Report (Jere Fitterman) (6:40)

4. Director, David Lomax on Meals on Wheels Sponsorship Request (6:45-7:00)
Also, Food needs in Eliot brainstorm while David is with us in response to New Season surplus foods discussion last month.

5. Jeri and Kristin on Sandwich Boards (7:00-7:10)
Board made a request for spending funds not in excess of $300 for Boards for locations that can be used at Dawson Park and key intersections. Kristen to report

6. Community Conversations Follow Up Activities (7:10-7:20)

A. Trash Pick up/Clean Up Day –Report from Trash Clean Up Committees
Remember to Volunteer May 17th 10-3 PM at Williams/Knott Parking lot

B. UPDATE Eliot Board Outreach: (7:20-7:30) BRING CALENDARS

A. Intersection Repair Project on Tillamook/Rodney Update: Event May 30th (Jeri)

B. Good in the Hood Participation plan June 29th Leave King 11 AM arrive at Lillis

C. Albina at Noon and Festival continues till 7PM both 29/30 see website (Jeri)

See the Letter Request to Say No to Export Trains: several NE neighborhood are signing this. We need Board resolution to sign. Please See April 27 Board email from Chair and Mike Warwick’s opinion piece.
