Proposed Draft of the Historic Resources Code Project

• long discussion of the draft. Attendees were concerned that this project might reduce the development of properties in Eliot.
• Increased demolition fees from $5000 to $15,000 seemed like it might make some projects less financially viable / completely unviable

Motion: 3-0 to write a letter (Chair to write) with our concerns but generally supportive of the project
