Lacking a quorum, those present had an informal discussion about land use issues in Eliot including potential ways to retain old houses, encourage development on vacant parcels, and encourage affordable housing
Eliot Neighborhood 
It seems the Gold rush is on for the Elliot neighborhood, and there is no stopping it! Oh sure, you can trim it around the edges, a modest change here or there, but the rules are always rigged to benefit capital investment. Or as George Carlin so succinctly put it, “business is business, and business is O.K.”
