Lori Morgan, Chief Administrative Officer of Legacy Emanuel, spoke about current developments, including the new lab service near Holladay Park.  Most developments or redevelopments were occurring close in, so that services such as the OR would be close to other services.  General discussion also included the hill block and the reconciliation project.

7:40 Discussion of letter of support from the LUC for parking plans for new mixed use building on the south end of the New Seasons site
