Citizen Andrew Price raises an issue about a health care facility next to him.  Eliot LUTC votes to support a letter to company to ask to support.

Discussion on the I-5 Broadway Weidler structures feasibility exhibit.

Mike updates the group on the most recent plans . EIS , Environmental Impact Statement is coming but there is not a particular comment period at this moment. LUTC members should think about testimony we might wish to offer in the near future.

Allan asks for a motion to pass the letters he sent . All approve, PVO has not reviewed abstains 4-0-1.

Mike gives us an update on the BES project on the Eliot sewer storm water project.

Discussion on new car dealership building at pre-App stage. It is to at they ground lot that is located between Weidler and Ne Broadway boarding VICTORIA and NE 1st.
No specific actions against it proposed.
