Eliot neighbors and Open Signal, Portland Community Media Center are planning a neighborhood block party on Saturday, August 26 from 2-10pm.

We will be shutting down the street on NE Graham between MLK & 7th Avenue for live music, food carts, art and video projections all featuring talent from those who live in the area.

It will also be the launch of an audio and video project chronicling the history of the Eliot neighborhood. We will begin recording stories from locals in the area at this event.
